The time has come, the wait has finished! The second season of squid games which was highly anticipated is now available on Netflix and we guess the fans are agitated. This South Korean dystopian survival thriller is created by Hwang Dong-hyuk and takes you to another level with great heart throbbing stories and characters.

Squid Game Season 2 came out on Netflix on December 26, 2024 at 1:31 PM IST. This season consists of seven episodes as compared to its predecessor which had nine episodes. It is intriguing to learn that the reason for the lesser number of episode is that Season 2 and 3 are being filmed at the same time. The third and final season is expected to be aired in 2025.
The first episode, aptly called "Bread and Lottery", sets the stage for an explosive season filled with drama and surprises. As it makes its way to a bang, the show will include more and more about the mysterious universe of the game.
